We work for communications agencies and corporate marketing departments around the world, writing and translating brand-loyal copy used in digital, print, broadcast and poster campaigns.
We also write and translate PR and marketing material, and provide a wide range of support services.
Back in 1990, we were inspired to set up The Word Gym after experiencing at first hand the lack of analysis and differentiation that characterises the language industry in general.
Our driving credo is fitness for purpose, by which we mean that what we produce for you in another language, aimed not just at another market but at another culture, will produce the same effect - i.e. achieve the same objectives - as the original document or brief.
It sounds so obvious. Perhaps that's why so many translation providers overlook it.
